"got a pair of shoes online, unfortunately ordered the wrong size as there was no size guide on the website & no clarification if the pink shoes I was ordering were men's or woman's... being pink I assumed woman's.. they came & didn't fit, I went in store to exchange for the right size, was told I was unable to exchange because I had tried them on, making them not brand new. What is the difference trying on at home to in store? There is nothing about this in their T&C's or policies. On top of that the staff member was nothing but rude & arrogant about the whole thing. I had to buy ANOTHER pair to get the size I needed & am now stuck with this pair, brand new, with no help or guidance what to do with them. will never be coming back here."
"Brought a "Jordan Padded Knee Sleeve" turned out to be a fake. I have confirmed with Nike and asked for a refund nicely. Tells me it is authentic and does not give me a refund or replacement. I paid $120 for the item which i thought was a good one. Be careful when buying in this shop. They might be mixing counterfeit items in their inventory."
