"Worse service ever, they don't even deserve the one start rating. My wife withdrew from the course and since they know this they are not answering our calls at all. Before we made the payment and enrolled they were emailing us non-stop and answering our calls straight away and they knew my wife's name before I even say anything, I have filled out multiple forms and still have the direct debit money coming out of my account. Please do not choose this institute to study as it's waste of time and they don't even care about the students they only care about the money and once they receive that money and they got you in they just simply don't care. I use to receive an email everyday to pay the money and now they don't answer my emails or my phone calls. I have been calling every single day and simply no answer. I have filled out a course withdrawal form and a refund form but still they are withdrawing money out of my account."
