"I wouldn’t recommend the practice. I booked it thinking it was a specialized children’s dental service but when I attended my appointment there was not dentist available, only a dental nurse. Apparently the dentist was sick that day but they decided not to let me know. The dental nurse recommended my daughter have X-rays but it wasn’t a completely straightforward indication (she said we could go either way) so it wasn’t a decision I wanted to make without discussing it with a dentist. I left and wasn’t charged when I realized there was not dentist. Thankfully I was able to find another dental practice to see my kids that day (where I had a great experience and that dentist suggested holding off on X-rays for now). I felt it was dishonest to advertise themselves as a specialist service and not have a dentist available. I kept my kids home from school to attend the appointment which I wouldn’t have done had I known there was no dentist available."
"I take my daughter here. Dr Susan and the team did a fantastic job making her feel at ease and not rushing or forcing her to do anything she was not comfortable with."
"Had to have my tooth pulled and didn’t even notice it came out no needles or anything would really recommend this place"
"Great Team!"
"I few months ago, I took my 3 years old son for his first tooth check. The staff were very friendly and they were very good in handling the kid. However, during the check, it was found that one of my son's front teeth has turned dark. I was told that it was caused by injury and I need to keep checking the gum for potential infection. So everything went very good till then, but the dentist told me that before we finished for the day, she would like to bring the senior specialist, Dr. Susan to have a final check and interperate the X-ray to me. Dr. Susan then told me that my son's that tooth was already infected and was usavable. It had to be removed ASAP, or it would cause other problems. I was shocked and worried about the impact of the removal. I asked Dr. Susan that was she sure that it was absolutely necessary to remove the tooth and Dr. Susan told me that she as a dentist can only recommend, but I have to make the decision. This answer didn't seem very sincere to me. After that, I showed my son's Xray to another dentist, who is my friend's friend for a second opinion. She didn't have the chance to examine my son physically, but based on the Xray and gum pictures I took, she thought we could keep obersving that teeth for the time being. If it did turn bad, there's also an option of a root canal instead of removing. I then showed the X-ray to another dentist. He examined my son and told me that he was not convinced that this tooth needed to be removed immediately. I could keep observing it and see. After a couple of months, my friend recommended me a very repuated specialist so I bought my son there to check again. I was mentally prepared by then that if the tooth had gone bad, and the docter thought removal was necessary, I might ask for a root cannal even it is much more expensive. But after the specialist examed my son and checked the earlier X-ray, he told me that the tooth was fine. It was not infected and it was alive. So there was no justification to remove the teeth. He would not do it if it is his son. So based on my experience, I would not rate Prime in Wembley high."
