I purchased a sale item and was given a stained heels despite the fact that I asked if they had a new pair. The shoe looks like it has been worn if not tried on too many times. The lady served me showed absolute no interest in completing the sale. The other lady jumped on board and attempted to clean up the stains on the shoe I am grateful for her effort. when I got home and actually opened up the box and checked, it looks like both pair were stained. I will be returning the shoes tomorrow afternoon. Really disappointed by the service."
