"Exemplary service 2nd time this year. I had taken my spongy brake to 4 other mechanics and none could diagnose an ABS failure. I had been putting my life at risk not knowing this fault. RAC Balcatta took the time to find the problem. Top notch mechanics and customer service. Teresa deserves a special mention, very caring, understanding and helpful. My car was out of use for 4 days. Will only ever be going through these guys for all my car needs."

"I'm an RAC member and I had to jumpstart my car with my own jumper pack while in the carpark of an RAC Service Centre. I went to get my car battery replaced at the Balcatta service centre. It was still within warranty with RAC after being installed by them less than 2 years ago. I had a docket from another RAC centre confirming that the battery failed the load test (the first RAC centre apparently didn't have the battery needed in stock). I was told at the Balcatta centre that because the battery was installed by a RAC patrol (roadside assist) I would have to go through them to get it replaced. I asked why they couldn't just do it there since it's all RAC and still under warranty but was told that it was a different department. So I was turned away and told to call RAC roadside to deal with it. The battery I had from RAC, obviously being a dud, played up while in their carpark so I had to jumpstart it in front of the service centre because apparently inter-department communication in RAC is so poor that the mechanic centre can't honour the warranty provided by the roadside assist department. If I could give the service centre 0 stars I would, they were quite literally useless. The roadside assistance guy that came out was brilliant, he gets 5 stars."

"I took my car to a certain service (name withheld). The service charge fee was cheaper than RAC but the problems identified were quoted a ridiculous amount. I decided to seek a second opinion from RAC. The same same problems were identified but the prices were fair. There was a detailed explanation about the problems by RAC team. There was step to step excellent communication from RAC. Teresa is amazing. There was a bus that dropped me back and picked me in the evening from RAC. The bus driver was very friendly and courteous. There was tea and coffee and biscuits as I waited for my car to finish at the reception. Everything was just perfect. You've gained a new customer. I'm definitely gonna spread the great news to my friends"
