Since 2007, our team of business coaches has been supporting financial advisers in navigating the ever-changing landscape of advice through our resources, coaching, and consulting services. With considerable knowledge and experience in the industry, our coaches provide bespoke consulting and targeted coaching to empower advisers to deliver better advice through the evolution of better business practices. Our ultimate goal is to help advisers build more profitable advisory businesses and achieve a better lifestyle for both their "end" clients and themselves.
At Elixir Consulting, we offer specialized coaching support to help you achieve greater success in your advisory business. Our digital membership portal provides DIY resources to improve your business, while our bespoke services are designed to help you solve specific challenges. Additionally, our guided online workshops allow you to diagnose and benchmark the current state of your business.
To start evolving your advisory business, we invite you to take advantage of our free Elixir Business Analysis process. This self-directed, digital tool allows you to assess your business in the comfort of your own environment, at any time of day. Upon completion, you will receive a two-page report with an overview of your business's strengths and weaknesses using the Business Success Wheel™️, as well as a breakdown of your financials, including a clear indication of what percentage of your revenue is "at-risk." For a more in-depth analysis, you also have the option of participating in a live online workshop with an Elixir coach for a nominal fee of $275.
In addition to our coaching and analysis services, we offer various pricing resources, including a Pricing Advice DIY Online Program with a monthly subscription, as well as a Pricing Advice and Evolve Alliance Membership Bundle with both monthly and annual subscription options.
