"The staff were incredibly nice and the service was great. Unfortunately the food was overall not very good compared to some of the other dome franchises, I usually love domes food but left as it didn’t taste the same. I think being more consistent with the other branches would really help improve this issue as the staff were all very kind."

"Dome is usually pretty reliable for breakfast, even if the prices are steep, but today they really missed the mark. We had to ask for maple syrup for both orders of pancakes. Coffees and hot chocolates were tepid at best. All the food orders were cold including the big breakfasts and the bacon felt like it had been microwaved, there was no color on it at all. We have been repeat customers, until today. Won’t be back"

"I recently visited Dome Cafe in Warwick and I must say it was the worst service I have ever encountered. The issues I faced were: Poor Service: The staff, especially at the cashier position, seemed disinterested and inattentive. It's crucial for a cafe to have dedicated and customer-focused employees who listen to their customers and take their orders accurately. Cold Croissant Toast: The croissant toast I ordered arrived cold, which was highly disappointing. It lacked the warmth and freshness that one expects from a cafe. Missing Sticky Preserves: To make matters worse, the fruit toast I ordered was served without the sticky preserves that are typically served with it. It felt incomplete and left me unsatisfied. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's important for Dome Cafe to employ more serious and attentive staff members, especially when it comes to taking orders and serving customers. The hardworking individuals should be properly trained in customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all patrons."

"I go here often as I live in the area. The service needs improvement. I ordered coffee and a cake. The coffee came out first then I had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of my order. The entire order should come out at the same time. Not in dribs and drabs. It does not take a long time to slice a piece of cake and put it on a plate. Please bring out the entire order at the same time next time. Miss Mauds has much better food and service."

"I’m not the biggest fan of Dome. I find the menu overpriced for the size and quality of the portions. Generally run by young, inexperienced staff which shows in the customer service. Our food came out lukewarm, presumably it’s been sitting for some time. For the price, I’ll return to a beach front cafe in future."
