"Well the site is excellent- so much opportunity to bring a great service to people here! But….. the customer service is nil! No friendly staff or helpful- how disappointing! I Forgot my muffin and had to go and chase it up!"
"Delicious Nasi Goreng from the new kitchen at Brew-Ha. Nice to see new lunch options, been a regular for ages."
"Amazing Shakshuka -super tasty. Great coffee as well. Definitely worth a stop."
"Lovely cafe with an artistic heart. While my daughter was doing fundraising busking, I was wondering if the cafe store would think the playing sounds of Viola would be annoying or not. But they loved it and even posted a story about it. Amazing community sense!"
"For coffee in Subiaco there isn't a bigger, older or better place than Brew Ha. With their courtyard, the front room and the large back room with the 3 big Australian newspapers available in quantity (try finding that anywhere else) I don't like being invited elsewhere. It happens but I can't wait to get back to the ambience and the friendliness of Brew Ha. And the superior coffee!! Today the space where they once roasted the coffee beans has been replaced with a state of the art kitchen. For anyone looking for breakfast in a coffee shop I suggest they check the menu and the prices and the food coming out of the kitchen. It's very good and the chef makes the occasional special with some added spices. Not for everyone but it is delicious. And to those who complain about no table service, imagine trying to find someone among the 200 or so who are often seated inside and out. They would need more staff and they still wouldn't cope. And lastly, my eternal gratitude to the staff, all young people who have to work very hard at times but they never lose their patience. After serving hundreds of customers every day with food and coffee (and not all customers are angels) they are still smiling, still happy. I remember being told the youth of today aren't as good as previous generations but this lot are the epitome of professionalism. There is no hospitality business on the planet that won't have an occasional problem (I should know) but after 50 years in the same location (give or take) I suppose if any place is going to run like clockwork it would have to be Brew Ha."
