I found the staff/trainers have always been wonderful and consistent with both the kids and us parents. If we fell off the wagon (we did a few times) you’d be sure they would reach out to see if there is anything they can do to help support us, even offering 1:1 coaching if required as I truly believe they had the kids best interest at heart and genuinely want to see the kids progress.
