"Awful customer service from headquarters. Was given false return information by staff, I asked if I could return for cash back and staff member said yes. Then came to return and was told I could only exchange time for store credit or change of item. This is very unusual for full priced items. Contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful, saying their staff all know the returns policy very well. They were not understanding at all of staff member error. Staff in store very friendly and could only do so much, but HQ useless and very unhelpful”."

"piss poor service lied to my daughter to obtain a sale she purchased a dress on sun 23 and paid express post and was promised delivery by thu 27 for a wedding on sat 29 I rang on wed 26 and was told delivery would be thurs 27 as promised . The item was sent from Melbourne late on wed 26 as stated in an email from Aust Post This email was received fri 28 promising delivery on thurs 4 october a week after the intended use . tried ringing Melbourne phone rings out ,tried many times to ring Cottesloe Message bank only and no reply One star is too much for this outfit however i could not post with no stars Run for your lives and go elsewhere"
