"The facility is great it includes plenty of bags, rings and room for training. The quality of the group sessions is mixed, its dependant on who runs the class. Fortunately, majority of the trainers put in effort and passion to help. However, one of the trainers isn't focused as much, he tends to talk and eat during his class. The sessions can have a large turn up rate, which may lead to little individual focus. Overall, the gym is good, trainers are knowledgeable and the people are friendly. You'll learn basics and get fit in the group sessions but you'll probably want to hire one of their PTs to develop higher skills."
