"I used to work for theses guys didn't care when I pick up the job didn't care when I delivered it as long it was done but charged the customer 2 hour turn around When they were getting all day rates service Only when the customer phoned ask where is my goods They would pretend to care"
"Had a horrible experience with them delivering a elliptical cross trainer to my place. I had an email correspondence with them so everything is down in writing. I had given them the weight as well as the dimensions of the item. They gave a quote and I asked for confirmation this quote was "All inclusive and no more to pay" to to which they confirmed that was correct. On the day they decided they needed one more person and tried to charge $74 more, when i disputed this the supervisor? that called me back was very aggressive trying to pass this off as my fault when they themselves misquoted (even when i pointed out their staff had admitted on email they made an error on the quote). While on the site they changed the price on me and asked for my approval for the extra cost to which I had to approve as I had to take the time off work to collect and let them onto my property to rehire another courier and arrange more time off would have cost me even more. I'd have been ok with them if they just wore the cost (which was not huge) but instead they chose to try to aggressively blame me for their error. Don't do business with them !"
"These people are incredible! I had to get something delivered in Perth while I was out of town. I e-mailed Jane in their sales dept. and she was so incredibly helpful. Very prompt, went above and beyond on even the little details and gave me a great price. Highly recommended if you require any custom delivery/courier services. I am so grateful, they made something that could have been quite stressful very easy."
