However, in case of a medical emergency, rest assured that immediate attention will be given to the patient. If you require a longer appointment, please inform our reception staff, and they will assist you accordingly.

For urgent medical concerns such as chest pain or discomfort, we advise you to present yourself to the nearest Emergency Department or call 000 for an ambulance. If you have other pressing inquiries, please contact our clinic, and our staff will guide you on the appropriate course of action.

We understand that convenience is important, which is why we offer the option to book appointments either by calling us or through our online booking system. Additionally, we are able to directly bill most private insurances, including OSHC and BUPA.

Please be aware that certain procedures may have charges that are not covered by Medicare and OSHC. To maintain confidentiality and comply with medico-legal requirements, we do not provide test results over the phone. Instead, we kindly ask that you schedule a follow-up appointment with your GP to receive your results, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

As of July 1, 2023, we will be implementing a $30.00 gap charge for patients over the age of 16 who do not hold a valid concession card or DVA card. It's important to note that our medical centre operates on a mixed billing system.

We value your time and respect the schedules of our healthcare professionals. Therefore, we kindly request a minimum of 1-hour notice for appointment cancellations with our doctors and 24 hours for allied health services. Failing to attend or cancel a booked appointment without sufficient notice will result in a $40.00 non-attendance fee. Please be aware that this fee is not claimable through Medicare or OSHC, and future appointments cannot be booked until the fee is paid.
