"Absolutely terrible customer service. Very sneaky and dishonest sales person who peeled a price ticket off the item we purchased and then charged us more for it. After I wouldn't let it go after a tonne of excuses and refusal to refund the difference I made her speak to her manager who did tell her to refund it. Then she tried to make out as if I was still in the wrong and she was doing me a favour. Disgusting service. Last time I ever shop there. It wouldn't let me give no stars but it is a 0 star rating from me."

"The shop has a good range, however, unfortunately, this does not beat the poor customer service. I went in to see if the store had some tablets that I needed. I was not greeted by the shop assistant upon walking into the shop (not the biggest deal, but always nice to be greeted by a friendly face when shopping). I had a quick look around for what I needed and was not able to see it, I was not offered any assistance from the shop assistant. I was then still ignored despite standing right in front of the counter that she was working at, waiting to be served. After gaining the assistant's attention, I asked for what I needed and fortunately they did stock it. I purchased the tablets, however I will not be back, despite the location being convenient for me and the shop stocking multiple other brands that I purchase on a regular basis. I have not had customer service this poor in a long time. No smile, no thank you, no friendliness whatsoever from the shop assistant. Good customer service goes a long way."

"It’s a shame they have such rude staff with shocking customer service skills working at the store because the store itself is quite well stocked. There is one lady who works there who is very pleasant but apart from that, it’s an effort to even serve customers, let alone say hello. I’ve often been left waiting as two staff members finish a conversation and not even spoken to, but spoken down to. Disappointing to say the least."

"This place used to have a great range of protein powders and supplements. It appears that this has shrunk to a few brands to make way for all the new vegan, gluten-free, super-food, "fads" that have come in. It's a shame that this over stocked with all these "foods". The service is always less than satisfactary. Have never been served by the same person twice and it is always a Male beefed up, try hard body builder. I only return to this store when very desperate for a product."
