"Disappointed. Gettimg laughed at over the phone by admin because you asked for an emergency appointment for you child. Not getting appointments for over a week. Waiting over 45 mins to be seen. Having phone consultation for 1.25mins and not answering or asking all questions because doctors are running behind rushing you. We loved loved this clinic and the doctors and support for past 3 years and its gone down hill and they do not care."

"Made my first appointment at this clinic on Friday for the following Monday for 12pm. Got to the clinic right on time, filled the paperwork out and was actually with the doctor by 5 minutes past 12. Very impressed."

"Just realising now that they didn’t wipe my daughter with an alcohol wipe before doing her immunisation and she’s 6 months old… Other than that staff seemed nice enough but the centre itself could do with a good clean and makeover."

"I would have far more respect for the doctor if they arrived at their starting time, and treated their patients time as just as valuable. My doctor did not physically arrive at the centre until 5 minutes after my appointment time - only for me to have to wait a further 20 minutes for the patient who was scheduled before me to be seen. Then to be charged a standard consultation fee for a 5 minute appointment instead of the advertised 'brief' appointment which I did have."
