"Went for EMSculpt first visit with groupon voucher, $99 for first session, it hurt and so I thought it would be good. Did not see any results after 5 more treatments, spending $800 on a package of 10 treatments. Was unable to be refunded for remaining 5 treatments, out of pocket $400 and no results to show for it. My partner was unhappy about the amount I had spent, he wouldn't of minded if the treatment showed any results. She said I could sell my package and I tried but no-one is interested. Lily was nice until trying to organise a refund and the salon was nice. Update: went through consumer protection to try and obtain a refund for services not yet received and was advised that Lily had spent $3.5k on a lawyer for advice on this matter instead of offering me any refund of up to $400 for services not received haha. Go figure! They also mentioned that Lily said to see results you need to eat healthily and exercise (which I do anyway haha) but just proves that this treatment is a big con and waste of your money!"
