"My fiancé and his groomsmen came here on the 15/8 and received terrible customer service. They were told they couldn’t touch any shirts as the staff member had “spent hours folding them. So just look” When asked what they were shopping for and my fiancé told her it was our wedding, the older lady behind the counter asked if it was his first, and stated it definitely wouldn’t be the last. Ridiculously rude, and condescending in all other areas."

"Went there to purchase some formal and semi formal clothing. Not very savvy with styles cuts ect. Was lucky enough to meet and be served by Setareh. It has been a long time since I have received such professional and enjoyed service from this very vibrant salesperson. Setareh went well beyond any expectations of service that could be expected. My rating is a true and honest view based on dealing with this lady and store hence the perfect rating ."

"Bought a belt here which subsequently broke 3 days later. Upon trying to return it, I showed the scrubber with too much makeup on how it had broke. She told me “you cannot return it” which I replied “ I most certainly can”. She then made the excuse that I had no barcode to scan to return so I couldn’t ( I am supposed to keep barcodes on and walk around just in case the item breaks?). Why not just scan the barcode of the other 10 identical belts right there next to the counter. She eventually did. I was then told “you cannot return an item 6 months later”. Firstly, I never gave any time frame of when it was purchased, secondly, it was purchased 3 days prior which I showed on the receipt. She was not happy. After awkward exchanges, and she taking my name, phone number and processing the payment, she proceeded to throw the receipt at me in a dismissive manner, turned to her employee and began to talk, then simply, walked off. This Connor store is extremely polite and annoyingly will try to keep offering you items to sell more (I didn’t appreciate that. “These shoes would look great with those jeans!” “I see you’re wearing a flannelette, have a look at our great selection!”). When you try to return an item you are met with archaic (and illegal) tactics to try deter you not to claim a refund. Absolutely sick of retailers who continually tell customers “You can’t return this item because …” You CAN return items. Don’t let them bully you and, report it. I complained to the head office and was contacted which, they were very apologetic and polite. I really did appreciate that. I hope that the issue is sorted and that proper training can be put in place to avoid bad attitudes when returning an item."

Adam has assisted me twice and both times he really took his time to help. absolutely amazing customer service. I would completely recommend both Connor as a brand and if you are need of guidance - go the Karrinyup store and ask for Adam."

"Staff were professional, helpful, courteous and not pushy. Had to take a considerable amount of time figuring out an outfit and staff assisted the whole way even when store became busy. Thanks to Jaimie and Chantelle for their prompt, efficient, relaxed service. Connors range is affordable and plentiful! Very content."
