"Alphacrusis is a great place to study and has so many different options for units and courses! I have been attending Alphacrusis for a year now and have loved every bit of it! I have learnt and grown so much and also strengthened my own relationship with God. The lecturers are so nice and make a 3 hour long class enjoyable and interesting. I haven't had any issues with them responding to emails late or not helping me if I don't understand. Pastor Donna is an amazing principal, teacher and supports all of her students. The staff is all very friendly and helpful aswell. All of the subjects that I have had so far, have had a great structure to them, with lots of supporting documents or information to help. I love being surrounded by other chirsitans who are so passionate to learn and serve God. It is an overall very judge free and friendly place which makes is so much more enjorable to learn."

"Since the first time I enrolled I encountered numerous challenges ... at first I was given the wrong unit selection to choose from and messed up my all of my units, I wanted to do my major in leadership but because my units got mixed up I was not able to do it anymore. I have also asked for some printed copies of readings as I got severe headaches from the computer screen but I was told that I would have to pay extra for that (after I already pay $2 000 per unit)! My first unit we had to write an essay about a specific book, however, we did not have access to the book (no file, no link and no website), we (the whole class) tried to figure out what to do and where to get the material from but it was all in vain. Needless to say I was not happy with my results due to the fact that we could not actually write an informed paper! It is unreasonable and unfair to say the least! On another occasion I got a really bad mark for a specific unit and I explained to my lecturer that I had a problem on my moodle and the videos was not on there (I was not even aware that there where videos) so I only did paper research ... I was told ‘It is one of those things and I just have to work harder on my next assessments’?! I asked the lecturer to please give me a chance to re-submit as I did not have the videos on my moodle but he did not believe me and there was no support what-so-ever. I even told him to look at all my other grades so he can see that I am not looking for excuses... because he did no believe me - no understanding, grace or mercy. I have also been told that there is graduation is held twice a year – I have asked several times to make sure as I wanted to bring family over during that time) but that information was wrong as well! Even my GPA was miscalculated! If I have not check it myself and questioned it, I would have gotten wrong GPA score! I have been waiting for my letter of completion and transcript for a very long time and every time I inquired about it, I get told that ‘they have send it out today’ (which it hasn’t because I haven’t received a tracking nr), I have phoned about 6 times in two weeks and no one seems to know what is going on. Only after I spoke to the receptionist, I was told that they were unsure about my address and that is why it has not been sent out yet. (yet no one actually emailed or phoned me to find out the necessary details). I have also made it very clear that it is extremely urgent as I need it to apply for my graduate visa. I eventually received my transcript, just to see that my last name has been spelled wrong! I checked my Moodle and student ID card and my last name is spelled correct on there. In addition, I have never seen such a low quality diploma before (and I have done a lot of previous studies), even my cert IV diploma looks better than this. No border, no professional wording, no professional looking fonts and not even a gold seal?! This has been my highest qualification (and most expensive by far) and I have never had such a bad experience and quality. It does not even look like any effort has been put into the design/layout of the degree whatsoever. I am currently in Perth but the Graduation was held in Sydney I could not go due to COVID restrictions. I asked if I can hire a cap and gown from them to at least take a photo, but I was told they don't have any resources as everything is in Sydney. So no, there was no graduations photo's or gown hire or anything - no effort whatsoever has been made to accommodate and celebrate the success/completion of students completing their studies in Perth Unfortunately these are only a few of the problems I encountered during my 2 and a half years of studies. I not recommend studying with Alphacrucis."

"I would give it zero stars if I could. I would never recommend Alphacrucis College. I have not learnt a single thing. I learnt more at my church, because they use the same resources - so why am I paying for what I can learn for free? There were hidden loan fees, so i am now spending 4 thousand dollars more than I had anticipated. Also I got called out for looking ‘bored’ in class, and lectured to for 40 minutes about it. Numerous times we were forgotten in important communications. They forgot to tell us about class times changes, or that we had moved from online to in class. Causing us to miss lectures and take an hour long trip to campus to find out we don’t have a class. This college is not up to standard, I should not be learning from free resources I can find online. I should be able to go to a lecture and leave feeling like I have learnt something at least once during my studies. Not leaving feeling as if I am wasting my money."
