"Completely agree with the reviews on the terrible customer service. The phone does not even ring in the office as it clearly goes straight to voice mail, making it impossible to speak with a human unless they phone you back - which takes days or weeks. That being said, Dr Murali and Dr Khan have been an incredible support to our kids. I just wish they would sort out their office staff to provide support as well. And please get rid of the urine smell in the West Leederville waiting room!!"

"Uncontactable. ! Communication between patient and doctor is zero. Can not speak to an human. Appointments for waiting list procedures are never made. Beware you will be waiting for something that won’t happen. Forms given to us were out of date. Addresses provided for those forms to be posted to were wrong and thus the forms returned to us a month later. End up going to emergency for answers to simple medication changes that would have been a very quick answer from our doctor had communication been available. Clearly we are frustrated and do not recommend."

"Haven’t even seen a doctor here yet but I can’t believe the poor service. Don’t bother trying to call this practice because they won’t answer and they take weeks to answer emails. These doctors need a new admin team!"

"Gor a referral to go visit them. Email got no response, no call back, phones are always unanswered. Managed to get seen somewhere else promptly, they called 4 weeks (!!!) after referral was made by GP to acknowledge that they received referral. Poor service."

"This place is a nightmare. Never reply to emails or answer phone. Appauling service. Medicare claims not lodged correctly and there is no one to answer or reply to you. Expect patients to go and visit them again? I have been chasing them for weeks and no response. Very Poor, stay away from them."
