"This place is largely very good. Good product range and reasonably priced. Easy parking. As for friendly service? Greatly depends on who you get. Sometimes if you take your water into get tested, occasionally there is ....angst about it. Like they are doing it under duress. Not all the staff just one or two. The thing is of course it water testing actually brings people to the products you sell so its really not a waste of time. Overall good but yeah....a couple of staff can be a bit frosty. Just an addit. I have bought multiple products with you and I have always, absolutely always followed advice. It's the first pool I have ever owned so I'm not confident enough not to. It goes to show how accurate your testing was as my pool has been well maintained on...your shops advice. To say that I didn't follow advice is completely inaccurate. To say that I didn't buy products is completely inaccurate as your store is where i buy my supplies and all my mineral salts. Regulary as this is required but not dependant on tests I test as required and I actually asked a gentlemen there how often I should do this as I wasnt sure for a while. This was about the inconsistency in customer service. I never edit a review but felt I had to because it simply didn't happen that way. Remember though, protect staff that roll their eyes and snap at customers and those staff will hide behind you, effecting your customer service quality for years."

"These guys are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and their service is spot on. We had an issue with the pool not working and had no idea. PoolSpa Wembley were completely booked but checked with the technician to see whether he could fit us in with short notice. They did! James came and fixed it. Our pool is back working again, just in time for the warmer days ahead in Perth. Thank you, Marzelle and James ;))"

"Really helpful and friendly service. They have helped me with tips for my new pool each time they have been out on how to troubleshoot a few common errors and have assisted when I had a small fault with it. They are not trying to always make money but provided advice on ways around replacing my pool motor as the timer had gone and they suggested I use a power point timer instead. Very honest. I highly recommend them. Thanks Guys!"

"Once again I go to these people and rather than just flogging me more stuff which will make them lots of money they go out of their way to show me how to fix stuff myself and even gave me a part I didn't have for some really out of date gear. Outstanding integrity and service. It's always nice to go somewhere and be confident you are getting the best service"

"I popped into PoolSpa Wembley today to purchase a seal for my pool pump. They didn't stock the one I needed, as my pump lid wasn't very common. I was given a replacement lid, which came with a seal, as it was off a pump that no longer worked. Despite offering to pay, I was told it wasn't necessary. Thank you for your excellent customer service."
