"The agent who sold us an apartment here was wonderful; but please consider the following before you purchase…the strata company! B Strata (see Bellcourt on product review). As an owner you need to know that Air bnb and short term rentals are allowed in this building even if the seller tells you it is not. I received confirmation of this from the B Strata Community Manager. We also own an apartment in a building nearby, the facilities are better and the pool and gym is open longer. When we purchase again we will avoid any building managed by this strata. It is a shame as the building is lovely and it’s quite peaceful."
