We negotiate with both tenants and owners regarding lease renewals and rental reviews at least two months prior to the lease expiry. You will be immediately informed if your tenants choose not to renew their tenancy agreement.

After a tenant vacates, we conduct a final thorough outgoing inspection to compare the property's condition to the original property condition report. Any discrepancies are outlined, and the vacated tenants may be responsible for rectifying them prior to the bond being released and the tenancy being finalized.

Rent is required to be paid in advance by all tenants, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We have a strict rental arrears procedure in place and emphasize the importance of communication if tenants encounter any unforeseen issues affecting their rental payments.

All monies owed to our landlords are paid electronically on the last business day of each month. Copies of accounts paid on your behalf are sent with your statement for easy reference.
