At Subiaco Justice Centre, we truly care about every person who walks through our doors, treating them as if they were our own family. Our team of volunteer lawyers, who are experienced professionals working in private practice, generously donate their time after hours to assist our clients. During your 30-minute appointment, they will determine if you have a legal problem, suggest possible options, and provide appropriate referrals. While they can only offer general advice and cannot represent you in court or write letters on your behalf, their expertise spans across various areas of law, ensuring accurate answers to your questions. If they are unable to assist you, they will recommend other organizations that may be able to help.

As a not-for-profit community legal center, our mission is to provide access to legal services to those who need it most. We understand the importance of gathering as much information as possible before your appointment, so our lawyers can focus on providing you with valuable advice. Rest assured that any information you provide through our online form is kept private, confidential, and handled in accordance with our privacy and storage policies.

To ensure a conflict of interest check, we kindly ask for the name of the adverse party involved in your matter. If we have already provided advice to the other party regarding the same issue, we regretfully won't be able to assist you.

If attending in person is not possible, we also offer telephone appointments. In cases where document review is necessary for providing advice, we will request that you bring those documents to your appointment.
