"We had been struggling on and off with our rental pool since moving in 6 months ago. We were in need of a new cleaner as it was not cleaning the bottom of the pool at all and was ready for the bin. Never being able to get the bottom of the pool clean was then leading to further problems of green water, algae growth and generally just a lot of wasted time, money and effort! We happened to be passing Pool Werx in Duncraig and wandered in to see if they had any cleaners for sale. They did have one on sale for around $800, was the same amount that I had got approval from our house owner to spend on a replacement. We organised to purchase the cleaner and also to get one of the pool maintenance staff around to start to help us clean our pool and hook up the new unit. Keeping in mind that all other service expenses would be at our own cost (and not the house owners) the staff were always understanding of our situation and that we were only renting and were nervous of the bills getting out of hand. Graeme visited our property just three relatively short visits over a period of two weeks (and only pushed out a bit longer due to the recent lockdown) and changed it from a slimy, green, disgusting mess back to a beautiful, clear, blue, clean pool again. His service was always professional, friendly, understanding and happy to accommodate. I honestly so highly recommend this store, their owners and staff. They have all been a delight to work with and we look forward to sticking with them for help in the future rather than previous stores that have so often given such different opinions and options every time we walk in. Their invoice was totally reasonable for the time and effort spent fixing our pool. Honestly people, don't waste your time anywhere else - just go straight to the team who obviously seriously know their stuff and end up saving you so much time, money and effort in the future!!
