"Haircut was good and the barber was friendly however the beard trim was so so it felt a little rushed and was kinda lopsided, although it was a free extra, I would have preferred if it was a it more thorough and I would have insisted on paying the extra if it meant a better trim. Unfortunately you can't cut longer."
