"My friend and I booked a 4 week USA tour with Flight Centre Claremont. Being our first major overseas trip, we thought it would be best to seek some expert help. We booked through Josh and the experience has been nothing but stressful. Josh does not respond to emails. I am currently now still waiting for a response ONE MONTH after my initial email. Our trip is 100 days out and barley anything is organised. I haven’t received any receipts for any payments despite asking multiple times. Using flight centre has put a sour note on the entire trip. Instead of being excited I am completely stressed and frantically trying to book everything myself with 100 days out. Avoid flight centre at all costs. It’s not worth the stress."
