"Not the smartest looking shop but has for years been a nearby handy place for me to pick up a few groceries. The owner is always friendly and polite but the old man who is sometimes there is very rude and short-tempered, with extremely poor customer service skills. He should not be working in retail or any job that involves dealing with the public. A sure way to lose customers."

"Has improved dramatically since they got rid of the terrible counter staff that that were always yelling and swearing without caring who was in the shop, women, children and the elderly that are not used to that sort of bad behaviour. Now run by the hard working owner."
