"I have been 6 years do my shopping in woolworths mawson lakes and had no problems until today i wanted to exchange size on the item which i have never done it before and looking some assistance. I came up to one of their staff member hoping to guide me to the exchange process but once i have explained myself that i need to exchange size the first thing she said next time come to the front counter first before i came in to shop otherwise the staff wont know how if i have just picked up from the store. Very disappointed with her action instead you need to clarify with me if i do have a receipt for the item, not in direct confrontation she was trying to accused me that how if i have just picked without paying from the store. Such a shamed that can be happened which i have never come across even once with that behaviour with others staff members for the past 6 years. She might need to train more for her customer service for sure!!!"

"This store is one of the better and bigger ones. The layout is different from the usual in the suburbs but I do think this has a good roomy layout. They have good stock and a variety of brands unlike some other Woolworths store who only stock limited brands. There are items I can purchase here that are no longer available elsewhere. There is ample car parking under cover which is limited to 2 hours and plenty unlimited parking surrounding."
