Grill'd

"Ordered online through the Grill’d website. The restaurant is 10min from me. ETA was initially 30min. But at the delivery time this jumped another 40min. Tried to call and cancel but not able to get through to any number. Only a website ‘feedback form’. Food arrived at 12:45, with the receipt showing it was ready at 11:43. It was cold, hard and inedible and I threw it in the bin. All of that cost me $30 Still haven’t got a refund"

"Don’t uselly complain but the best thing I had at Grill’d in Leederville was the corona the sweet potato chips where burnt even after getting a second one Burgers were over cooked granddaughter didn’t even eat her burger said it tasted like cardboard salad Mmmm very disappointed staff was good though but definitely would not recommend it or go back. Been to other Grill’d Good normally hate to think what it would be like when it’s busy only ones in restaurant. Sorry guys going to have to lift your game"

"Burgers are always yummy and the chips are amazing but it's the Herby mayo I love. Wish they had Coke instead of the other one though. Just can't drink that stuff."

"Leederville grilld is my favourite but unfortunately the service today has changed that. I came in this afternoon and was greeted by a nice girl who took my order. There was one delivery driver in front of me and no one else in the shop. I’m not sure if the kitchen staff forgot they were working or genuinely just enjoy being paid good money to do nothing. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 sliders and some chips. After asking if my order was ready the girl apologised for the wait which was nice. I should have know to check the bag when I ordered the food but did not. Both the sauces I ordered were missing. My sliders came in some wrapping and no box, the sweet potato fries were close to black, the chicken slider had one tiny dried out/burnt piece of chicken inside, the vintage slider was missing the onion and the zucchini fried tasted like the ocean. If I dined in I would have sent it back but didn’t want to drive. This quality of food should NOT be leaving a kitchen. Highly do not recommend. Attached a photo for explanation. Gave 2 stars for the girl on the counter though x"

"One of the better branches of Grill'd to dine in at with plenty of burger offerings including beef, fried chicken, and plant based options including Impossible burger and patties made with vegetables or mushrooms. There's also other customisable items like the type of bun and the menu generally has a lot of options. The burgers are good but can seem a bit ordinary and over the years they don't stand out so much against the many burger venues popping up everywhere trying to make a name for themselves. However, they have been innovating with the latest change being to the fried chicken burger that's now cooked in evoo. It's located in the middle of the Oxford Street cafe strip with a decent sized and hip venue that has ample indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and efficient."
