"Rude service from the older man serving. Looked annoyed at having customers to serve. Cream served with overly dry scones was fake, and turned into water as I was eating them. Coffee was not served in a takeaway cup as requested, and was too hot and quite bitter. Did not see one staff member smile the whole time."
