"On 2 consecutive occasions we have ordered from here and on both occasions they have failed to send an entire meal. This is just not good enough. There is also no phone number to contact them regarding this. Terrible experience and will never order from here again!"
"Came for a quick bite to eat. A lady was behind the counter busy, maybe cleaning? Yelled out for the guy out the back to serve without lifting her head to make eye contact and acknowledge me. Waited about 30 seconds, the lady still didn't lift her head. No one came out to serve me (will give the guy the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't hear). Decided I didn't want to reward poor customer service with my money, so I headed off looking for somewhere else. The lady yelled out "never mind" to the back, once again without acknowledging me. Seemed they were more interested in cleaning up so they could go home rather than providing good customer service. Not sure if they realise their jobs are dependent on retaining customers...."
"The staff were so friendly. Chips & gravy were delicious. Cafe looked a bit unclean, needs a good scrub."
"Incredibley rude staff, slow service with no apologies for wait times. Like seriously, the rudest woman ever works there. do not recommend."
"Ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich and got 2 pieces of stale/dried out (cold) bread, with no cheese and 1 tiny slice of ham inside (see 2 x photos attached to review). For over $7…. The bread wasn’t even warm. Just dried out. No cheese to be seen, and the most pathetically thin piece of ham I’ve seen. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM HERE!! Absolute ripoff!!"
