"Been sat here for over an hour waiting for a schnitzel- everyone else has finished & the waitress bought my meal out, put it on the other table & when I said "I think that's mine" she said "No, it's for this table". I watched for 15 minutes while the meal went cold & they then took it away- 15 minutes ago. I will literally be the only person eating at a party of 30. People have even had dessert & left. The only highlight was Josh who fixed it as best he could."
"Food was sub par, expensive for the low quality, salt and pepper squid was good, salmon was rubbery, steak was improperly cooked, garlic sauce and garlic bread was amazing. most staff we encountered had no understanding of customer service and the food service was very disorganised, bar staff was lovely."
"I don’t know what’s happening, I used to love coming here but recently my food order has been wrong, or chips have been cold, tonight my salad lettuce leaves had dirt on them like they hadn’t been washed at all since coming into the kitchen…. I also waited 45 minutes for my meal which I understand it can get busy but there was no apology for the meal being late and nothing said when I mentioned the salad leaves had dirt on them when I showed the waitress. The service and food just keeps getting worse every time I come, might give this one a miss for a while."
"Generally nice dining experience, all the food I had was quite nice, including the pork ribs, garlic pizza, and meat lovers pizza, though it was a little bit greasy. Staff was nice, and helped us clean up our table after we spilled a drink. Chips were a little mediocre though."
