Originally founded in 1988 on Pulteney Street in Adelaide, Café Settebello was the first café/restaurant in South Australia to specialize in traditional wood-oven style pizzas. After a successful run, the café closed in the early 1990s. However, in 2017, Café Settebello was re-opened in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, paying tribute to its original roots and offering patrons the same traditional Italian dishes, including wood-oven pizzas, pasta, risotto, and more.
