"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?! My bestfriend came crying to me after having a wax and tint on her brows, this has to be the most god awful service I’ve ever witnessed. Over waxed the middle part leaving her with an obnoxious separation between her brows, when she asked if the tint could go further as to fix the mistake the women told her “it’ll grow back” without extending the tint to make her brows at least APPEAR more even from the butchery your staff just did. I’m crying for her, after reading other reviews I’d leave this place alone like the plague. Holy moly is all I can say, you’ve distressed clients with your services and still continue to have the same person/s doing this service! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!"
"They left eyebrow tint all over my face and they made them a black colour I asked for a bit darker than my hair (blonde) asked for a eyelash extensions they said they didn’t do them Evan though it listed on there website"
"Terrible eyebrow service. Very poor customer service and it seemed like she barely spoke English. She barely mumbled an acknowledgement when I walked in.. I had an eyebrow thread and tint, and she completely ruined one of my brows. She shaped it so badly and removed a chunk off the top of my brow, and then left heaps of stray hairs underneath. I went home and had to pluck everything she missed. Total waste of money and would never return."
"normally the girls there are very good but the last time i went she left a chunk missing out of the top of my left eyebrow and she made the so thin and my hair just isn’t growing back so now i’m stuck with having to fill my eyebrows in everyday. i was trying not to cry walking out of the salon. very disappointed"
