"As regular customers of this store we are increasingly considering eating elsewhere as so many of the staff are rude and don’t have any care for allergies. For a chain that says they understand allergies and do their best to cater to them, some of this stores employees don’t reflect this sentiment. A bit of care for the customers they’re serving and understanding of cross contamination would go a long way."

"Last Friday night I was eating in, the food was great, I really enjoyed my burrito with a couple of my friends. Until I heard screaming from the workers in the back room. Yelling at each other, flirting, and spraying each other with water and chemical bottles. I was not able to eat in peace without being disrupted, let alone talk to my friends without raising my voice. I made eye contact multiple times with one of the workers and she still didn't think to quieten down. This is not the first time this has happened. 1/5. Poor poor effort."

Please realise that people trust you with their food, your big eye lashes, massive nails, non gloved hands and ignorant attitude is making your food unsafe for your guests.
