"We came in a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. The security guy greeted us and verified our booking. We were then led to our room. Once settled, we ordered some food and started karaoke. Halfway thru, the system stopped working. They tried to fix it with no luck. The manager is kind enough to set us up with an upgraded room and a working system. We ate, we sang, and had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended for group fun with a bunch of friends."

"This place does not even deserve one star. No one come here. The bearded man at security needs to be fired. He man handled me and my friends and accused us on trespassing private property when he was unaware another security guard had already let us thorough. He was extremely physical and was completely out of line. He was 4 times our size which he took advantage of- trying to assert his 'power' and dominate us when did nothing wrong except walk down a corridor we were told we could enter from another one of his colleagues. Would highly advise you to reconsider your staff. It appears after reading the other reviews I am not the only one who has had issues with this disgusting man."

"Has a wide range of delicious food and good amount of songs to keep us occupied for hours! Recommend to come during the weekdays as it is cheaper! Staff are very friendly. Great service!"

"Great experience! Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very easy to book unlike other places which I appreciate. Bare in mind a bottle of spirits will cost you around 200. So be prepared to pay. Despite this it was worth it!"
