"The booking service is pathetic. The website advertises discounts which are not genuine. And their promotions are inconsistent in the discounts they offer, e.g. They offer 15% discount for 3 days but upon booking online it's only 10% off. So I tried booking by phone and the staff accepted the mistake and took my booking. Told me to check my confirmation email after 15 minutes but was not there. So I called to check and was told she didn't have my email.address in the system but that's not possible because I log on with my email address. After giving her my email, address I was told to wait and check for the email. Nothing happened for 1 hour and I am still waiting. The telephone booking service is even worse. After accepting my booking and taking my credit card details, two days has passed and I still don't have the email confirmation. The reservations email claims it has been sent by email but it is nowhere to be found in 2 email addresses they have on file. It is not displayed in my online account either."

"Stay in this hotel for 3 days, the Hotel clean, and we able to do early check in, the location is great and near all the resto, car rental and also money changer. And also the room rate for this Hotel is just right. Overall this hotel is recommended if you going on short periode stay here in Perth."

"The room was okay for the price and good location. Quite a lot of dust on the surfaces, probably the room wasn't being used for a while. The check in process was disappointing. To make matters worse, I received a call telling me that I consumed a bunch of minibar items, which I didn't even touch. The guy on the phone said that upon checking out yesterday afternoon (I checked out very early in the morning to go to work) room service did a count and reported some wine and chocolate was consumed. Finally they decided to 'waive' the charges. I said to them that they aren't waiving anything since I didn't consume anything. After reading more reviews, it seems like this is normal behaviour from the staff and quite possibly coming from management. Regardless, I'll be informing my travel agent and fellow colleagues to avoid this hotel when travelling to our Perth office. I stayed in room 507 and Viktor gave feedback about the shower drain in the same room 2 months ago of which Rydges responded that they will pay extra attention to it, all I can say is that it is a bunch of hot air.."
