"We regularly use Dominos at MPW and have only ever had one issue, with an incorrect pizza, which was replaced straight away. We always pick-up our orders, which are hot, tasty and ready on time every time. With our most recent order (28/08/23) there was a problem with the online 50% off code not working, but the manager gave us the full discount no questions asked. Will definitely continue to use this store."

"Hot food, friendly staff, despite the bad reviews I have nothing to mark them down on. I think their standards are high and deserve a second chance feom those who have written them off!"

"The worst experience, pizza was wrong, the manager offered a replacement… despite confirming the house number multiple times it was delivered next door and left on the front door matt, neighbour brought it over cold and dirty… called the store and once I got thru to the manager and said what happened he hung up on me and then every time I tried to call back was either hung up on or left on hold… we went back to the store, and asked for two new pizzas and a refund, (it’s been almost 3 house since this whole situation started) … phones were all off the hooks and the manager on duty had no remorse almost looking like he thought it was hilarious. I requested two new pizzas and a refund… not unheard of in the hospitality business… but he point blank refused.. if you want pizza and half decent service don’t go here. Also they cut meat pizzas with the same blade as the veg pizzas. Edit: to the owners, thanks for taking the time to post a generic response and provide no further follow up… poor form. You have my number. Make this right and I’ll drop the review."

"I ordered the new My Domino's box and got a garlic bread and lava "cake". The pizza and garlic bread were fine, nothing wrong with them. But the chocolate lava "cake" was awful, it wasn't a cake, it was some melted chocolate wrapped in puff pastry, I thought it was a sausage roll at first. It was foul and inedible, very disappointing."

"Friendly staff . Have had good experience so far in the last 1 year . Today my wife ordered a pizza . They missed adding chunks of feta cheese . But , when we let them know they happily corrected the mistake ."
