"+ great location on William street + very nice reception. + shared place keep clean. - min booking 2 weeks ( 2 person room 120 $ week, 3 person room 130 $ week ) - 50 $ cleaning FEE ( not refundable ! ) - if you want to leave need to give 14 day's notice in advance ( no one day less - they will cut from deposit. ) but you will get deposit back if you give notice 14 day's - is good stay for long term, but some rooms do not have windows and you can get depress."
