"I went to get my car looked at early January, the guy told me the door would take 3 months to order in. I called 8 weeks later as I didn't hear from them and a lady told me the door hasn't been ordered yet and it's local so it will only take 5 days to order. She was meant to call me back in 5 days. 2 weeks later I didn't hear back so I called. The man who answered said the door has been sitting there and for a week and I could finally book it in. This was the start of bad service. When I dropped my car off last Thursday they were telling me it would only be a week and I would definitely have the car back next Thursday I mentioned how important that was as I had some important things on that Friday I called Bowra on the Tuesday they said yes I'll have it back on Thursday and someone will call me to let me know what time. I called Thur as I didn't receive a call again... which the lady told me it's not due to be fixed until the following week! By this time I had become so upset and frustrated with thr lack of communication. She put me through to the owner who was so rude, swore at me and said he was so busy he doesn't care what I say. I told him the story he didn't care and didn't care that I would be missing a funeral and said too bad it will be ready Friday evening . I did not want to pay I was extremely upset. I got my car back on the Friday evening. The job where they panel beated the bumper wasn't done well it was crooked. There white paint on the back of my front left seat. The wheels had white paint on them, My 2 back lights are disconnect and not working, all my tyres were let down and flat, my mobile phone charger was missing from my car. I'm so disgusted and disappointed with the job and service and that I had to pay for this."

"Good but they have too much work load on them, needs to perfect every detailing that’s coming out of their garage, just to keep up with the high expectations that the clients have it with them. One more visit might fix my car to near perfection, which they shouldn’t have rushed !! Other than that, great customer service and good body repair works in the whole of Perth, especially for Teslas and EV’s !!!"
