"Clarkson PO is my regular especially parcel pick ups.I always had chris at the parcel pick up door once you ring and he is always very helpful and friendly.I have also been served at the counter and so far I havent had any unpleasant experience from the staff there. No doubt its a very busy place and queues get longer.Population has definitely increased over the years with so many housing complexes and new estates around.Maybe the branch needs more resources."
"I came in for passport photos with family. I was spoken to in a rudely manner. The lady replied “better get on with it, don’t have all day” It was her tone and unfriendliness. My family members were shocked! We left talking about how rude some of the staff have been towards us other times. We’ve decided never to do business here again. Disgusted!!"
