"I recently had the pleasure of encountering two exceptional young boys working at the Woolworths in Alexander Heights. Their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Despite their age, they demonstrated an impressive level of maturity and responsibility in carrying out their duties. Not only were they efficient in their tasks, but they also went above and beyond to assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and commitment from these boys, setting a great example for their peers. Woolworths in Alexander Heights should be proud to have such outstanding individuals on their team.I didn’t catch their names but one was quite tall and the other boy was short"
"This one star is for the Store Manager. The store didnt want to sell more than $1000 gift card and I politely asked if he could call warwick store for me and confirm because i DID PURCHASE over $1000 gift card with them before and It would save me the trip with a tired baby sitting in the trolley. His response was “why do I have to call for you?” and it hit my core as a customer so I walked away. There are so many ways to deliver the same message and his way was unwillingness, unwelcomed attitude on a not busy Thursday afternoon. My profession as a HR I wouldnt be disappointed if its just a junior staff, but the store manager with that mindset and level of Customer Service ??? Woolies, you can do better…"
"Good to shop ...pretty full come paired to most woolwoths and easier for me after work"
"I bought mandarins from Alexander Heights Shopping Centre yesterday because I saw a sign above the mandarins that said $3.50 and I thought it was worth buying. But I didn't expect a company as big as Woolworths to mislead customers. So when I found out they were charging me 5.50kg, I said it should be wrong. So a staff member went with me to check the price. The price tag is right on top of the mandarins. She said to me, "Can't you see? It says pomegranate!" To be honest, my eyesight is not very good. But I still could see there were only mandarins under the price tag and there were no pomegranates on either side of the mandarins. So, I asked for a refund but she said I wasn't allowed to do that and I could only get something else for the same amount. It is really immoral to use this method to mislead customers and gain profits. I went to Karrinyup Shopping Centre today and found Woolworths here to be a lot more honest as they clearly put the mandarins price tag in the right place and didn't mislead customers. Honestly, I no longer trust Woolworths at Alexander Heights Shopping Centre, because apart from the dishonest way of doing business, the attitude of the staff is terrible."
"Generally ok. A bit run down but thats not why I am marking Woolies @ Alexander Heights down today. I know it's reasonably late on a Sunday arvo, but really Woolies!!!!! While shopping we shouldn't find off beef mince, green chicken tenderloins and rotten processed bacon for sale in your meat and deli fridges....... Who is looking after the deli and meat section?"
