"While we have had a good service in store over the past few years, when it has come to repairs of pool equipment the service has been very poor. Most recently we had some storm damage for which we were quoted over $3,000 to fix. This inexplicably included the replacement of parts that weren’t broken. We got quotes from 2 other reputable pool service companies who both quoted a price around 10% of what Poolwerx said it would cost. We ended up going with a different company and the job ended up costing a little over $300. This was the second time they had tried to substantially overcharge us for repair work. Needless to say we have cancelled our monthly cleaning contract and won’t be using Poolwerx in Gweulp again."

"Initially submitted online query, no reply. Decided to phone and booked appt 8-9am, credit card details given. On the day, no phone calls, no email notice. By 9:30 I rang up to check, only to find out business owner has moved the appointment...no reasons given I then offered alternative date, which they refuse to accomodate. Instead repeatedly asking me to accommodate their schedule. With two full time working parents juggling kids and childcare, this is a nightmare. Very unimpressed, especially for a company that requests credit card details upon booking!"

"Dropped in to get my tap water tested as I am thinking about getting a pool and wanted to know how much work was going to be needed to get the water right. They were super helpful and gave me a comprehensive report which sets out exactly what I will need to do. They are really knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on what type of set-up was best. I seriously recommend that it is worth talking to experienced professionals like these before putting a pool in. They were so friendly and helpful I would recommend them even if you are only thinking about getting a pool or spa."

"Highly Recommend Mike and his Team. Mike came out to our home and tested thoroughly the leaks around our pool structure. Mike was very professional, He knows his stuff. Ty was amazing with all the works he did to fix our pool from having no more leaks. We were very happy with the price as well.
