"Budget means affordable, not borderline health hazard but apparently this company does not care. The property condition was shameful: filthy floors instantly discolored the bottom of our feet, human hair found throughout the kitchen, cobwebs at least 1 month old throughout the property, etc. The owner asked for proof via photos of this condution, can you imagine?! Luckily I have it. Their response time to communication is a joke, especially from Kristen. No, your company is not "obligated" to notify guests that reception is bad in the area (unless you have Telstra or Optus), but if you know, why wouldn't you share that info with guests prior to them traveling to town?! Someone needs to give these guys a serious re-education on how to operate a more customer service focused business because they're clueless. The owner claims that the lockbox codes are changed between guests but has no explanation as to why or whom attempted to collect the keys (with the correct code) & enter the rental at 11pm the night before our departure. How dangerous and disgraceful?! Words cannot describe how much our family will not recommend this business nor their rentals."

"Just got back from Sea Change. Place was fantastic. So much room. The wrap around deck was great so you could still sit outside even if windy. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Kristen our contact was very professional."

"Property advertised did not live up to expectations, website pictures or description. Attempts to get assistance were ignored and no response from local management. We only stayed 1 night and came home. 3 very upset children. 2 very unhappy parents. After so many years staying in Guilderton and Lancelin with other companies without issues......"

"Initially everything was going well, we were 3 families and 1 couple. Host was helpful overthe fone, however we had few more families join us but they were only planning a day trip, so they had lunch with us where we were staying. They eneded up liking the place so we booked another 2 chalets as there was no way we were going to fit in the same house. Anyhow had a good night and stay, and on the day of check out we cleaned the place religiously, it was almost the exact same as when we entered except the bathroom was wet obviously after having our showers. They didn't supply bed sheets to any of the rooms except 1 queen and 1 king bed, so we had to bring our own. Tried to call Leah before leaving but she didn't pick up and left he a message to let her know we had clean the place very thoroughly, dont know why we did as its a holiday stay and we already paid the $100 cleaning fee!!!!! So we get home and next day get an email saying the cleaners had to clean the place for 7 hours extra, what a joke, I regret I didn't take a full video of the place before and after as I would of gone public with this if I had, very shocked and disappointed about this. Will not stay with this company again. The house furniture is already old and carpets are dirty. Will not be coming back, thanks, ohh after they heard my side of the story they gave me 90$ back. It wasn't about the money anyway, its the honesty that the place was not in need of a 7hour clean, as if it was a rental property due for a vacate clean, just ridiculous"
