Only minor point that I would raise is that the spa was a little dirty but more so after filling with water and operating as dirt and dust came through the jets. But that was only minor overall. But when we walked into the warehouse all we could smell was cigarette smoke it was like he had just had a smoke in store. My wife was put off and said let's go. He could do with a bit more training on the product but he did his best."
"I purchased a Monsoon in Feb 2021 (delivered) no proper handful as I was told I would receive. After service very disappointing. The digital keypad isn’t now working because it has water inside it. Trying to contact Duncan who sold me my spa, is impossible to reach by telephone. I paid a lot of money for this spa, and the after sale service definitely isn’t there. I’ve been trying to contact the office for the last week and the phone just rings out. I live SOR so can’t just pop in. I wouldn’t rush be in hurry. I will update on the warranty service issue now with keypad not working when I can speak to someone. Not a happy customer Kelly Success WA"
