Tried to have a discussion with the manager at the time about a return due to the unsuitability of the product but was told that it was my fault for purchasing and there was nothing he can do. Was also then told perhaps I should buy a new bed or one of their mattress Toppers. I wasn't looking for an upsell. I was looking for a resolution to a product that didn't meet my needs. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!"
