"Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Went to buy a watch and asked to see their displays to be rudely grumbled at that they were all in the window. Most jewellery shops would make a suggestion or even ask some questions. Went to return the watch because the moment my partner put it on he had a reaction to it. Again the 2 lady's were extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never set foot in this hell-hole every again and have told my family and friends the same. Disgusting manners. Do they not need customers?"
"Customer service today was shocking. Employees arguing with me the customer. Told my ring wasn't there, then they found it. Most unhelpful. The employer employs you to sell and serve the customer and protect the brand and business. That's your job that you get paid to do. You destroyed that today by providing the worst customer experience. I will never buy anything from your store again and will share my experience with others."
