"I can't fathom how such a rude/obnoxious woman gets a job answering phones and liasing with customers for this business. I have heard from multiple people about her attitude being a disgrace and have just read other reviews mentioning it also. Two months ago I was talked to so poorly and aggressively trying to make an arrangement. She apologised and gave me instructions I required to lodge my tax through them whilst I was travelling Australia as I had been with them for the last 3 years. Today I took the time and completed those instructions and called up to re-confirm all was ok.. Within 30 seconds, she had flipped out, told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me. I won't stand for being spoken to like that so she will be hearing from me further."
