"I sent a battery knowing that it would need to go ground and could take a week. It's been OVER A WEEK and still no package. Instead the tracking information shows that the package was DELIVERED but is at the MELBOURNE AIRPORT when it's supposed to be in KARAMA, NT!!! It is NOT delivered as it has not arrived at the correct location. It has been at the airport for five days now!!! what is it doing at the airport?!?!? It has to be sent by ground!!! I have send two emails....no response. I called and was told "the manager will call you back"..... still no response two days later and now they are closed for the weekend. Not Happy At All. I just want my battery so I can ride my bike. Horrible customer service. For the price I paid.... I would like someone to at least return my call!!!"

"Absolutely shocking services - Which has now resulted in the seller and myself having a falling out and the seller dumping my goods on the road side. Despite email confirmations that deliver y was possible it turns out it never was all along and the seller of the goods is now blaming myself for this lack of professionalism, despite photos being sent which clearly showed the size of the item. If I could score a Zero I would - Not happy at all !!!! Ive just had a guy from air tasker, which I was very concerned about as having never used them before but he is collecting tomorrow - Ill will comment on how they go but I feel they would have been better from the start - Jo"

"Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Issues right from the very beginning, but blamed me for every one of them. Firstly, they told the sender not to worry about wrapping it as it would be done back at depot. Then charged me nearly $100 more to wrap it back at depot. They refused to cover the cost even though they told the sender not to wrap it, but they refused to budge and I had to pay it. They damaged the item so badly in transport that the manufacturer stated it was beyond repair. The measly warranty cover (that I had to pay extra for) wouldn’t even touch the sides of the replacement cost. I requested a refund of my (HUGE) delivery costs as I’d paid for something to be delivered that is now irrepairable. Both ACCC and Office of Fair Trading stated I was 100% entitled to a refund of the delivery fee as well as the warranty cover (that I’d paid extra for), but neither could enforce the company to refund the fee. Although, apparently, out of ‘goodwill’, they processed the pittance of warranty payout— not even enough to cover the huge delivery fee, let alone having 1 cent left over to replace the item. And of course, with zero moral decency, this company refused to refund the delivery costs. And in the end, I am basically told that I am to blame because the item wasn’t wrapped properly in the first case. So essentially I paid a huge amount of money for delivery of an item that I now need to throw in the tip. Could not even recommend these guys to my worst enemy."
