"Our son, Tate was here quite a while back. I feel I have to be honest to express awareness to other parents about this facility. Tate had quite a few serious falls where no staff had seen what happened. If he had a runny nose or something minor, they'd call us to take him out of day care and he'd be sent back home. Happened quite regularly even when there was nothing wrong with him. Then they'd request a doctor's note for clearance knowing that it takes a while to see a GP. They will continue to charge you if you are on holidays or if your son is absent; excuse being that you have your child on a permanent slot. Last straw for us was when we found out Tate was being bullied in the bigger kids room; management failed to tell us - we found out from a staff member. We protected the staff member, knowing that management would be looking to crucify her, so we gave them no information on dates or time that they were requesting. When I asked management why they didn't tell us, the response was: Because it was sorted and there was no physical harm. Not good enough. Most days, the facility would not have a manager monitoring staff, children or facility. We are at Mercy Care in Banksia Grove where Tate has been very happy. When we'd drop him off at Busy Bees, he'd cry every morning (Please take note) - but not at Mercy Care. All those things mentioned above has not happened at Mercy Care. We lost so much money and time at this place. You can find better. This is just what we experienced having Tate at Busy Bees."
"Beautiful centre lovely staff very welcoming :) thank you"
"My girls have attended LPP Banksia Grove since it opened and we feel like the staff are our extended family. They have watched my youngest grow from 3 months of age and they have helped my almost 4 year old really come out of her shell and grow her confidence. The staff are always asking where they can assist with the girls' skills and development and I feel they are really dedicated to their work with the kids. I trust the staff and I appreciate all their hard work to make this centre the amazing, supportive place that it is."
"Absolutely love the family feeling that we get coming to little peoples place, they really love what they do and have made me going back to work an easy thing to do, my son loves going and having fun with all of his friends, they have a wide range of things that he is taught and so much imagination goes into the activities. i think my son has grown so much more being at LLP then when he wasn't there"
